Cashew Raisin Energy Bites
These energy bites are an awesome no bake, kid friendly, snack to add to your repertoire. As an added bonus, they're also gluten free and can be made vegan and/or nut free.

Ingredients

cup
quick oats or old fashioned oats
½
cup
ground flaxseeds
½-¾
cup
raisins
½
cup
cashew butter
(or sunflower seed butter for a nut free version)
⅓
cup
honey
(or maple syrup for a vegan version)

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
Refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Take bowl out of the fridge and roll into balls. You can also use a cookie scoop for this step.
Put energy balls in an airtight container. These keep in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
