Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned or rolled oats
  • cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup macadamia nut butter
  • ½ cup dairy free or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Roll into balls. I use a cookie scoop for this step so it's quick and easy.
  • Put the balls into an airtight container and store it in the fridge. These bites will last 1-2 weeks, although, they're so delicious they might not even last that long.

Notes

Cooking times and calories are approximate.
To make it nut free, you can use sunflower seed butter instead of nut butter.
You'll want to pay attention to your serving sizes. The Low FODMAP diet recommends about 1-2 tablespoons of nut butter or sunflower seed butter per serving, so limit yourself to a few bites.
